Karmarkar
Museum.It is a
sculptor museum wich contain different types sculptors of Peoples, Animals, Monuments
etc..
We planed
to visit to museum. It is Located 18 kms from Alibaug on the Alibaug-Rewas
Road, in village called sasavne is the Karmakar Museum where sculptors made by
Late Mr. Nanasaheb Karmarkar are displayed in his own bunglow. There
about 150 beautifully carved sculptures displayed here. The exhibition is open
the whole day throughout the week.
Mr.karmarkar
were professional sculptor artist. The had hobby of making scluptors of people
and animals. The scluptors are so beautiful. That I can’t explain.
In there
museum it contain many different thing from Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatama Gandhi,
Lok Manya Tilak to many other Imp peoples. It also has sculpturs of animals
like there Pet Dog, Cow, Cats and etc.
They have also statue of trees and monuments like some forts.
We were
amased by exploring the amazing museum. Here I’am sharing some sculptures pics
of the museum.
